The Punjab government has expanded Free WiFi Service to an additional 100 locations across Lahore, following Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s directives. The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has now increased the coverage of “CM Maryam Nawaz Free WiFi” from 100 to 200 points.
The free WiFi service is now accessible in areas including Manga Mandi, Multan Road, Bund Road, Chuhng, Shahpur Kanjran, Sanda, Valencia, Maraka, among others.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz highlighted that these initiatives are part of the Digital Punjab Vision, aiming to provide emergency WiFi services to citizens.
Through “CM Maryam Nawaz Free WiFi,” people can connect with police and emergency services, and utilize apps like the Women Safety App, Punjab Police App, and WhatsApp. The service also supports downloading various applications and taxi bookings.
However, it does not permit access to social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or other entertainment apps.
