Gold Prices continued their upward trend in Pakistan on Friday, following the rise in global markets. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola surged by Rs2,200, reaching Rs249,000, while the price for 10 grams increased by Rs1,886, hitting Rs213,477.
In the international market, gold saw a significant gain with the per ounce price rising by $24 to reach $2,404. The previous day, the international gold price had increased by $10 to $2,382.

Consequently, on Thursday in local markets, the price of 24-carat gold per tola rose by Rs1,200 to Rs246,800, and the price for 10 grams went up by Rs1,029 to Rs211,591. In contrast, silver prices remained stable, with per tola and 10 grams prices unchanged at Rs2,900 and Rs2,486.28, respectively.
