PTI Rejects Claims of KP Assembly Dissolution Talks

Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, has dismissed claims made by Jamiat Ulema Islam (F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman regarding discussions about the dissolution of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly or potential resignations. Barrister Gohar clarified that PTI has not engaged in any consultations with Rehman on these matters.

Rehman had suggested that PTI might be prepared to dissolve the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly if new elections were called and had hinted at his own possible resignation from the assemblies. Additionally, Rehman criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for not fulfilling their government responsibilities and called for no legal action against politicians, including Imran Khan.
