Iran has named its former Defense Minister as the new Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces. The reshuffle follows President Massoud Pizeshkianβs recent cabinet changes, which included appointing Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh as the new Defense Minister, replacing Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani.
