Peshawar: Communication with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has been lost following the entry of Rangers into KP House, Barrister Dr. Saif revealed on Friday. The incident has sparked concern among party members, who are anxious about Gandapur’s well-being.
Dr. Saif expressed the party’s worry, warning that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah will be held responsible if any harm comes to Gandapur. He emphasized that all decisions regarding protests are in the hands of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who remains detained in Adiala Jail.
Highlighting the support for Gandapur, Dr. Saif stated that Gandapur holds a two-thirds majority and is the rightful Chief Minister based on election results. He accused the current government of targeting PTI out of political enmity, saying their actions are causing significant damage to the country.
Despite the challenges, Dr. Saif noted that the morale of PTI workers remains high. He added that the downfall of this “fascist and fake government” will be attributed to the resilience and bravery of PTI supporters.
