In other developments, PM Shehbaz welcomed the World Bank’s $20 billion commitment under its first-ever 10-year Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for Pakistan. The financial pledge aims to support Pakistan’s development agenda, particularly in key areas such as child nutrition, education, clean energy, and climate resilience. The Prime Minister emphasized that the CPF aligns with Pakistan’s own Home-Grown Economic Transformation Plan, highlighting the government’s focus on sustainable growth.
Amid these positive developments, the Prime Minister has also ordered an investigation into a controversial advertisement for the launch of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Paris flights.
