The available permits cover different needs linked to the Hajj season. These include permits for pilgrims and entry permits for workers living in Makkah.
The application also provides work authorisations for employees working at the holy sites. Private-sector employees and domestic workers can also access their required entry permits.
In addition, the app supports volunteer permits and vehicle permits. These digital services are intended to improve organisation during the busy Hajj period.
The Tawakkalna application supports 19 languages. This allows pilgrims, residents and citizens from different backgrounds to use its services more easily.
The platform currently provides more than 1,300 services. These services are offered in cooperation with more than 350 government entities.
