Pakistani scholar Mufti Abdul Qavi has once again stirred controversy, this time by expressing his desire to marry Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant. During a podcast with Muneezay Moeen, Mufti Qavi stated that he was willing to marry Rakhi, provided his mother approved the union.
