CSS Aspirants Seek Legal Action, Urge Postponement of 2025 Exam

Thousands of CSS aspirants took to Twitter, urging the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) to postpone the CSS 2025 exam due to the pending results of CSS 2024. Within just two hours, around 22,000 tweets were posted as part of a trending campaign led by aspirants and social media activist Abdul Ghani.

Abdul Ghani stressed that the FPSC should delay the exam, scheduled for February 15, as candidates are still awaiting their CSS 2024 results, leading to uncertainty and stress.

Supporting this demand, activist Ilyas Khan emphasized that the FPSC should function as a facilitating body, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of aspirants pursuing their dreams. Social activist Khateeb Khan from Azad Kashmir also echoed these concerns, urging the authorities to reconsider the exam schedule.

Aspirants have also called upon the FPSC Chairman and relevant government officials to intervene. Alongside the social media movement, they have sought legal action by filing three petitions in the Islamabad High Court and one in the Lahore High Court. Additionally, another petition is expected to be submitted to the Sindh High Court today, February 6.

With mounting pressure from both social media campaigns and legal actions, all attention is now focused on the FPSC’s response to the growing demands of CSS candidates.
