The Accountability Court in Karachi has issued bailable arrest warrants for 10 individuals, including Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz, Ali Riaz, and Zain Malik, over allegations of illegal land allotment to Bahria Town.
During the hearing, several accused, including Manzoor Qadir Kaka, Javed Hanif, Ziauddin, and Agha Maqsood, were present. However, the investigation officer informed the court that 10 suspects failed to appear despite being summoned. Malik Riaz was also noted as an absconder in two separate cases in Rawalpindi.

Legal Proceedings and Bail Status
Advocate Shaukat Hayat stated that four accused—Nishat, Shoaib, and Mustafiz—had already secured bail, while two others obtained a restraining order from the Sindh High Court. Meanwhile, petitioner Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi requested copies of the case reference, but defense lawyers objected, arguing that he was not formally named in the case and should seek approval from the NAB chairman.
The court ruled that the accused should be provided with copies of the reference and scheduled the next hearing for April 15. After the proceedings, a heated exchange occurred between Naqvi and the investigation officer, further escalating tensions in the case.
