A heartbreaking accident unfolded in Karachi, where a 4-year-old girl lost her life after being run over by a Mazda truck. The incident took place near Jalal Chowk in Mehran Town while the child was playing outside her home when the reversing truck struck her.
Authorities identified the truck driver as Zakir, who failed to notice the young girl while maneuvering the vehicle. Tragically, she succumbed to her injuries on the spot before any medical assistance could be provided.

The deceased child was identified as Rukhsana, and law enforcement swiftly arrested the driver while impounding the truck for further inquiry. Investigators are gathering witness statements and evidence to understand the circumstances surrounding the accident and establish accountability.
Following the tragic event, the girl’s body was transferred to Jinnah Hospital for necessary medicolegal formalities.
