The U.S. Embassy in Israel, along with its consulate, will remain closed due to continuing shelter-in-place orders following nearby Iranian missile strikes, Ambassador Mike Huckabee confirmed in a social media update.
Although no injuries were reported, minor structural damage occurred near the embassy’s Tel Aviv branch as a result of shockwaves from the blasts. The embassy is closely monitoring the situation amid rising regional tensions.

Ambassador Huckabee has urged the approximately 700,000 American citizens currently in Israel to stay informed through the U.S. Embassy Jerusalem website. The platform will provide crucial updates on travel advisories, airport status, and consular services during the ongoing crisis.
The embassy closure underscores the heightened security risks faced by diplomatic missions in conflict zones and reflects the unpredictable nature of the current escalation.
