Aitchison College Lahore students have brought immense pride to Pakistan by delivering a stellar performance at the World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) Global Round in Doha. Competing against over 1,700 delegates from 50+ countries — including academic giants like the USA, UK, India, and several African nations — the Pakistani teams demonstrated outstanding intellect, collaboration, and skill on the global stage.
Three senior division teams from Aitchison collectively won 92 medals and 11 trophies, an extraordinary achievement that earned them a place in the Tournament of Champions, to be held later this year at Yale University in the United States.

A particularly remarkable performance came from the team of Ibrahim Usman Ajmal, Muhammad Ahmad Zulfiqar, and Hussain Aslam Bhinder, who secured 3rd place overall globally and ranked 1st in Asia. Muhammad Ahmad Zulfiqar made history by becoming the first Pakistani student to win 1st position individually in a global round of the WSC. Notably, at just 14 years old, the team competed in the senior division against students as old as 19 — making their achievement even more impressive.
