The incident took place in the Defence B area, where thieves broke into the house of the foreign national and stole a large amount of money. According to police sources, this is one of the biggest house robbery cases reported in the city in recent months.
The Chinese citizen robbed had kept the cash inside a cupboard in his home. CCTV footage from the house revealed three suspects involved in the crime. Two men acted as lookouts in the lounge area, while the third entered the room and took away the cash and other valuables.

Authorities are analyzing surveillance footage and gathering forensic evidence from the site. They hope this will help them identify and arrest the criminals soon.

Residents have called for improved police patrolling and better surveillance systems in DHA. Law enforcement officials have assured the public that they are taking the matter seriously and are working to ensure the safety of all residents, especially foreigners.
This case highlights the need for stronger security measures, especially for international citizens living in Pakistan’s urban areas.
