Former Pakistani actress Naimal Khawar, who is also the wife of actor Hamza Ali Abbbasi, was previously mocked by netizens for allegedly undergoing cosmetic surgery to enhance her facial characteristics. While the internet was busy mocking Khawar, his contemporaries in the entertainment industry stepped in to show their support.
In a recent Independent Urdu interview with actor Usman Mukhtar, the Anaa-famous actress was asked about her rhinoplasty. The Bench actor underlined that while people praise mental health on social media platforms, everyone remains silent when it comes to execution.

The 37-year-old actor went on to defend his Aana co-star, saying that if someone can’t say anything positive or encouraging, they should stay silent.
“It is a decision made for oneself, without causing harm to anyone,” the Sinf-e-Aahan actress continued.
Mukhtar, who has worked on numerous successful films during his career, is presently working on Umro Ayyar: A New Beginning with Sanam Saeed.
