Kendall Jenner has hinted at a major life change. The 29-year-old supermodel recently shared that she may soon step away from her career in fashion and reality television.
In a new magazine cover interview with her close friend Gigi Hadid, Jenner said she is serious about moving on. βI swear to God, Iβm going to stop everything. Iβm not kidding,β she told Hadid.
The idea of a quieter life appeals to her. Jenner revealed she wants to leave behind the glamour of modeling and the constant media attention. Instead, she dreams of focusing on home design, a passion she has been exploring while building her own house.
The star has spent much of her life in the public eye. She first appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians at age 11 and grew into one of the worldβs highest-paid models. Yet fame has not always been her preference. Jenner admitted that being part of her familyβs reality TV success was never her βbiggest cup of tea.β
Discussing her future, she said she avoids overplanning but often thinks about living differently. βI love my space in LA, but I also really love the simple life,β she explained. Her description of happiness includes wearing casual clothes, avoiding makeup, and spending days in comfort without the pressure of appearances.
Horses are another passion. Jenner shared that she enjoys competing in shows where she can blend in with other riders. βI love to go to the horse show dressed just like everybody else and compete under a completely different name,β she said.
Whether or not fans will soon see Kendall Jenner quit modeling completely, her statements suggest a genuine desire for change. For now, her focus appears to be on carving out a life away from constant spotlight and closer to the things she loves most.
