Actor and director Justin Baldoni is facing fresh scrutiny as new accusations surface in his ongoing legal conflict with Blake Lively.
According to court documents filed on Monday, an unnamed colleague accused Baldoni of harassment and verbal abuse. The individual, whose name has been withheld, stated they had βrepeated, negative interactionsβ with the star and his team.
The accuser also claimed Baldoni was restricted from being present on set for much of the production due to these alleged incidents. They further requested that he not participate in marketing or publicity related to the project.
Reports suggest this person will testify against Baldoni in Blake Livelyβs sexual harassment trial, which is set to begin in March 2026 in New York.
The new claims add to the legal battle already surrounding Baldoni and Lively. Last December, Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star and director. Baldoni strongly denied the accusations and countersued her in response.
His countersuit sought $400 million in damages, but the court dismissed it in June this year. The dismissal marked a major setback for Baldoni while Lively continued her case.
The fresh allegations are unrelated to It Ends With Us, as the accuser worked with Baldoni on another project. However, their testimony may strengthen Livelyβs case when the trial begins next year.
Baldoni, best known for his work on Jane the Virgin and as the director of Five Feet Apart, has not issued a new public statement regarding the latest claims.
The unfolding legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively remains one of the most closely watched cases in Hollywood. With new voices coming forward, the trial is expected to draw significant media attention in the coming months.
