Pakistan Industrial Expo 2025 Set to Boost Trade and Innovation

LAHORE – The ninth edition of the Pakistan Industrial Expo (PIE 2025) will take place from September 27 to 29, 2025, at the Expo Centre Lahore. The event aims to position Lahore as a hub for international industrial collaboration, following the success of the UAE–China Tyre & Auto Parts Expo. Upcoming editions are also planned in Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and South Africa.

This year, the Industrial Expo will host over 200 leading companies from Pakistan and China. Key sectors include CNC machinery, auto parts, hardware and tools, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment and components. These industries have been identified as high-growth areas with strong potential for investment, innovation, and cross-border cooperation.

Fa Wenyan, CEO of Everest International Expo, announced the event at a press conference in Lahore, highlighting that the Industrial Expo has grown since 2017 into a vital platform for industrial development in Pakistan. β€œOur industries are producing more locally, reducing imports, and creating new opportunities,” he said. He emphasized the role of the expo in strengthening Pakistan–China cooperation in technology, machinery, and investment.

Armughan Muqeem, Managing Partner of Everest International Expo, noted that PIE 2025 is bigger, better, and more impactful. Pakistani companies will have the opportunity to meet Chinese exhibitors, explore new technologies, and build strategic business partnerships that can transform local industries.

Dr Qaiser Abbas, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sargodha, highlighted that the Industrial Expo is not only about trade but also about knowledge and innovation. It will connect students, researchers, and entrepreneurs with real industrial solutions, fostering skills and entrepreneurship.

Deputy General Manager Zishan Hashmi added, β€œThe Industrial Expo symbolizes the enduring industrial partnership between Pakistan and China. Our goal is to empower industries from both nations to collaborate, compete globally, and grow together.”

PIE 2025 is expected to significantly boost trade, investment, and technological exchange, providing a platform for sustainable industrial growth in Pakistan and strengthening bilateral cooperation with China.
