Security forces have successfully eliminated 18 Indian sponsored terrorists in two separate operations across Balochistan. The operations, conducted on October 28 and 29, form part of Pakistanβs ongoing counter-terrorism campaign.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an intelligence-based operation (IBO) was conducted in the Chiltan Mountains area of Quetta. Security forces engaged terrorists at their location, and after intense exchange of fire, 14 militants were killed.
In a second operation in Buleda, Kech district, a terrorist hideout was discovered. Four terrorists, actively involved in violent activities, were eliminated. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the killed militants.
Sanitization operations continue to ensure no Indian sponsored terrorists remain in these areas.
