Gold Price Surges Rs1,300 Per Tola in Pakistan Today - Check New Rates

KARACHI โ€“ The gold price in Pakistan surged again on Wednesday, following strong gains in the international bullion market. Local markets saw a jump of Rs1,300 per tola, bringing the rate to Rs516,062.

The rise comes after a sharp decline the previous day, when gold had lost Rs9,000 per tola and settled at Rs514,762. The market rebound reflects renewed investor interest and global price momentum.

Gold Rates Today

  • Gold (per tola): Rs516,062, up Rs1,300
  • Gold (10 grams): Rs442,439, up Rs1,114
  • Gold (international, per ounce): $4,933, up $13
  • Silver (per tola): Rs8,046, up Rs32

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, 10-gram gold also recorded a significant increase, climbing Rs1,114 to Rs442,439.

On the international front, gold prices rose by $13 per ounce to reach $4,933. This included a $20 premium, which further boosted the local gold price in Pakistan. The international surge was influenced by safe-haven demand and market fluctuations in global economies.

Silver prices mirrored goldโ€™s upward trend, increasing by Rs32 to reach Rs8,046 per tola. Analysts noted that this rise reflects overall strength in the precious metals market.

Market experts advise investors to monitor global trends closely, as the gold price can be highly sensitive to changes in international bullion rates, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical developments.

The current momentum indicates strong demand for gold and silver, both as an investment and a safe-haven asset. Traders expect further volatility in the coming days, with international bullion trends likely to influence local pricing.
