Gold prices saw a modest rise in Pakistan during the first session of the new business week, following an increase in international prices.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola climbed by Rs200 to reach Rs252,700, while the price for 10 grams rose by Rs172 to settle at Rs216,650.

Internationally, gold prices strengthened slightly, with the per ounce price increasing by $3 to $2,390. Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained steady, with per tola and 10-gram prices holding at Rs2,860 and Rs2,451.98, respectively.
On Saturday, gold prices had also risen, with the per tola price increasing by Rs1,000 to Rs252,500 and the 10-gram price up by Rs857 to Rs216,478.
