Silver prices also experienced a gradual increase. The cost of silver per tola went up by Rs56 to Rs3,466, while 10 grams of silver rose by Rs48 to Rs2,971.
Market analysts link the rise in prices of precious metals to ongoing economic instability and inflationary pressures. In light of global currency fluctuations and financial market volatility, gold and silver continue to be favored as safe investment options.
