Several prominent real estate companies in Pakistan, including Imarat Group, Graana.com, and Amazon Mall, are facing significant backlash from investors accusing them of orchestrating a multi-billion rupee fraud.
Investors have raised serious allegations, claiming that despite filing numerous complaints with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), no action has been taken. Frustrated by the lack of response, victims of the alleged scams have taken to the streets, staging protests outside NAB offices and the Pindi Press Club.

The investors accuse Imarat Group of misusing funds and refusing to return their investments. Having received no resolution from NAB, they are now turning to high-level officials, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, NAB Director General, and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, urging them to investigate the matter.
Company executives such as Chairman Shafiq Akbar, Javed, and Arsalan Javed have been specifically named in connection with the fraud. Protesters have warned that if their grievances are not addressed swiftly, they will escalate their protests nationwide.
