The IMARAT Group of Companies, widely known for its role in real estate, is entering the technology sector in a major way. The group will highlight its innovative proptech vertical at the 26th ITCN Asia, Pakistan’s leading IT and telecom exhibition. The event will take place at Expo Centre Karachi from September 23 to 25, 2025.
According to the organizers, IMARAT will showcase a range of advanced solutions aimed at transforming the property sector. These include the proprietary Land Information System (LIS), a digital tool designed for land bank management and investment planning. The system has already been used to digitize large areas across Pakistan, helping bring more transparency to the real estate industry.
IMARAT has developed these solutions through years of focused investment and a dedicated team of more than 100 technology professionals. Its goal is to shift real estate into a more structured, data-driven sector, while also contributing to Pakistan’s growing digital economy.
The exhibition will also feature products from IMARAT’s brands, Graana.com and Propmax.ai. These platforms include AI-based urban planning tools, customer relationship management systems, and other digital services that formalize and professionalize property transactions. Experts believe such initiatives can attract both domestic and international investment.
Chairman Shafiq Akbar stated that IMARAT’s vision is to address key industry issues like lack of transparency and informal practices. By doing so, the group aims to create a stable and efficient real estate market that supports broader economic growth.
Group Director Farhan Javed added that the company is building a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the real estate value chain. He noted that the solutions on display at ITCN Asia will empower both developers and buyers with reliable data and decision-making tools.
With global proptech projected to surpass $100 billion by 2030, IMARAT’s entry into this space highlights Pakistan’s potential to become a strong player in the digital property sector.
