A British government’s annual survey has revealed that majority of 16 to 24-year-old youth of Pakistani origin in the UK are neither employed nor receiving education.
According to the official statistics, an average of 11.5% of the young people of Pakistani origin in the UK were out of work and education.
According to the report, 12% of Bangladeshis, 11.7% of British whites, 11.5% of British blacks and 11.3% of other Asian youths of the same age group were not employed and not receiving education or training.

According to the data, only Indian and Chinese people aged 16 to 24 years were more likely to be employed and receiving education than those of other nationalities living in the UK.
Almost 7.3 per cent of Indian origin and 4.5 per cent of Chinese youth were neither receiving education nor working.
