Rawalpindi Board has Delayed all Exams

The Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced that all exams scheduled for tomorrow will be postponed due to the Punjab government’s declaration of holidays for schools and colleges.

The board chairman stated that the decision was made following the government’s notification about the closure of educational institutions on Friday.

He assured that the new dates for the postponed exams will be announced later and that updates will be communicated to students and parents as soon as possible.

Additionally, a public holiday has been declared by the Punjab government for all colleges and universities to address potential student protests over false claims regarding a sexual assault incident at a private college.

The Punjab Higher Education Department confirmed that all educational institutions in the province will remain closed on October 18 to maintain safety and security, as advised by the Punjab Home Department.
