The grieving family has accused the Karachi police of shielding the impostor, alleging that they initially suggested conducting a postmortem examination but later cited legal procedures as a reason for not initiating any action.

In response to this tragedy, the family has demanded the filing of a First Information Report (FIR) against the fake female doctor.

This heartbreaking incident underscores the urgent need for stringent measures to tackle the proliferation of fraudulent medical practitioners. It highlights the deficiencies in regulatory oversight and enforcement within the healthcare system, as well as the risks posed to public health and safety by impostors masquerading as qualified healthcare professionals.

It is imperative for authorities to take decisive action to prevent such incidents in the future and to ensure the safety and well-being of patients seeking medical care. Additionally, raising awareness among the public about the importance of verifying the credentials of healthcare providers before seeking their services is crucial in preventing similar tragedies.
