Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar has been directed to appear before the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on November 29 regarding a case related to the disappearance of Baloch students.
This decision was made as the government failed to locate the missing students following the enforcement of recommendations from the Baloch Enforced Disappearance Commission. The court has instructed the government to present the 55 missing students and has summoned the defense and interior ministers, along with their secretaries, for further proceedings.
