Aamir Khan’s much-anticipated film Sitaare Zameen Par is now slated for release on June 20, 2025, according to Indian media reports. The film, directed by R.S. Prasanna, was previously expected to release on May 30.

Inspired by the Spanish movie Campeones, Sitaare Zameen Par follows the story of a basketball coach, played by Aamir, who trains a team of intellectually disabled players. The narrative promises a mix of emotion and inspiration, echoing the spirit of Aamir’s 2007 film Taare Zameen Par.
Actress Genelia D’Souza will also feature in a key role, marking her return to a prominent Bollywood project.
While fans eagerly await an official statement, the updated release date has already sparked excitement across social media.
