Alizeh Shah Breaks Silence on Surgery Rumors: “It’s Weight Loss, Not Botox!”

Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has broken her silence on the ongoing rumors about her alleged plastic surgeries, firmly denying the claims and attributing her changing appearance to natural growth and weight loss.

Known for her roles in hit dramas like Ishq Tamasha, Ehd-e-Wafa, and Ishq Beparwah, Alizeh took to social media to address the speculation through a candid video. With a fan following of over 4.3 million on Instagram, she remains a prominent figure in Pakistan’s entertainment industry.

In her video message, Alizeh stated, “For God’s sake, I haven’t had any cosmetic procedures. Just let me be. I’ve only lost weight — that’s why I look different. I was 17 during Ehd-e-Wafa, so obviously, I don’t look the same now. My mother even had to sign the contract back then because I didn’t have a CNIC. I’m 23 now — is it possible to look exactly the same after six years?”

Her response came in the wake of comments made by veteran actress Saba Faisal during a TV show, where she was asked to rate Alizeh’s appearance. Saba remarked that Alizeh appeared “twenty percent natural,” implying the rest of her looks might be enhanced artificially.

This remark sparked another wave of speculation online, prompting Alizeh’s emotional response. Social media users were divided: while some rallied behind the actress and condemned the criticism as unfair and body-shaming, others expressed skepticism. One fan defended her, saying, “She’s battling depression — stop being cruel.” On the other hand, a critic wrote, “Don’t lie, Alizeh. Your nose clearly looks different.”

Despite the backlash, Alizeh remains defiant and continues to stand by her truth.
