Hyderabad Police have arrested Telugu superstar Allu Arjun in connection with a fatal stampede during the premiere of his film Pushpa 2. The tragic incident, which occurred on December 4, claimed the life of a 39-year-old woman and left her son seriously injured.
A case was filed against the theater management, Allu Arjun, and his security team following the chaos. Authorities stated they were not informed in advance about the actor’s attendance, which is believed to have contributed to the disorder at the event.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Akhilesh Yadav confirmed that a case under Sections 105 and 118 of the Indian Penal Code had been registered. He assured that strict action would be taken against those responsible after the investigation concludes.
Allu Arjun has been taken into custody and will appear before a magistrate later today. Police continue to investigate the incident to ensure accountability.
