Deceased Shefali Wanted to Adopt a Child and Did Not Die of Heart Attack! Update

The sudden death of Indian model and actress Shefali Jariwala—who rose to fame with the hit 2002 song “Kaanta Laga”—has left fans and the entertainment industry in shock and sorrow. Her tragic passing has raised several questions: was it truly a natural death, or was it the result of a medical mishap?

Initial reports suggest that Shefali suffered a heart attack. However, a close doctor revealed that she had no prior history of heart disease. Strangely, she had been regularly using anti-aging injections and specific medications for the past several years.

Empty stomach medication or injection reaction?
According to Indian media, police sources said Shefali took an anti-aging injection on the afternoon of June 27, and later consumed her routine medicines in the evening—on a day she was fasting. Reportedly, taking the medication on an empty stomach caused a severe drop in her blood pressure, followed by intense shivering.

For now, police have classified the incident as a natural death, but the hospital has not yet released the postmortem report—possibly the key to uncovering the real cause behind this heartbreaking loss.

Husband’s grief and plea for privacy:
Shefali’s husband, Parag Tyagi, appeared devastated during the funeral. Overwhelmed with emotion, he asked the media to respect their privacy and simply said:

“Please pray for my fairy (Shefali), and respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

A bright star gone too soon:
Shefali Jariwala was known for her appearances on reality shows like Bigg Boss 13 and Nach Baliye. In her personal life, she faced many struggles, including living with epilepsy, which limited her career. Despite this, she remained resilient and determined.

She married actor Parag Tyagi in 2014—it was her second marriage. In recent years, she had expressed a desire to adopt a child, a dream left unfulfilled by her untimely passing.
