Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh addressed a warning from the Telangana government, which advised against performing songs promoting alcohol and violence ahead of his Hyderabad concert on Saturday.
During the event, part of his “Dil Luminati” tour, Dosanjh took a playful jab at the warning, pointing out the disparity in how international and local artists are treated.

“When foreign artists come, they can do anything, but when someone from here sings, it upsets people. Some just can’t handle my success,” he remarked.
Despite the controversy, Dosanjh thanked Hyderabad for an energetic night, sharing his excitement on social media. His tour spans 10 Indian cities, showcasing his ever-growing popularity.
