Global pop star Dua Lipa has finally shared the long-awaited details of her custom couture wedding dress. The singer gave fans a closer look at her wedding celebrations with actor Callum Turner through newly released photos from their luxury villa in Sicily.
The wedding celebrations took place at Villa Valguarnera, an 18th-century estate often called the “little Versailles” of Sicily. The couple hosted a three-day celebration after officially tying the knot in a private civil ceremony in London on May 31, 2026.
For her wedding day on June 6, Dua Lipa wore a custom Chanel Haute Couture gown designed by Matthieu Blazy. The dress marked Blazy’s first-ever haute couture bridal design.
The gown featured a deep halter neckline, an open back, and a dramatic two-meter train. It was decorated with 480,000 hand-sewn beads and detailed feather work. The design took more than 4,000 hours to complete.
The veil was equally detailed. It measured six meters long and included over 25,000 handmade feathers. It also featured embroidered birds and flowers created with beads and organza appliques. The veil alone required over 3,000 hours of craftsmanship.
Dua Lipa completed her bridal look with a feathered headpiece and custom satin shoes by Massaro. Meanwhile, Callum Turner wore a classic black tuxedo by Louis Vuitton.
Before the Sicily event, the couple had a small legal ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall. For that occasion, Dua wore a custom Schiaparelli outfit.
The Sicily celebration welcomed around 200 to 300 guests. Celebrity names included Elton John, Charli XCX, and Donatella Versace.
