American actress and singer Jennifer Lopez has filed for divorce from Hollywood star Ben Affleck after just two years of marriage, bringing an end to their high-profile romance.
Lopez and Affleck, who began their relationship in the early 2000s and had a prior engagement, rekindled their romance in 2021 and married in mid-2022.

Recent events, including Lopez canceling her summer tour and the couple listing their Beverly Hills mansion for sale, led to their separation. They filed for divorce on August 20, 2024.
Jennifer Lopez’s previous marriages include Ojani Noa (1997-1998), Cris Judd (2001-2003), and Marc Anthony (2004-2014), with whom she shares twins.
She was also engaged to Alex Rodriguez from 2019 to 2021 before reuniting with Affleck. Despite their high-profile relationship and marriage, Lopez has filed for divorce less than two years later.
