Josh Hall has spoken out following the settlement of his divorce from HGTV star Christina Haack, branding her behavior “classless.”
In a new interview with Daily Mail, Hall accused Haack of acting “like a pissed off teenager” in her social media response to the divorce filing. He described her conduct as “immature” and said he felt it was time to share his perspective.
The realtor explained that he had stayed silent during the proceedings out of respect for Haack’s children. “I didn’t have the need for public opinion. I don’t need to impress people. I don’t need them to know my personal business. I’m more of a private person,” Josh Hall said.
He further noted that the public only heard Haack’s version of events until now. “Everything previously reported was only her side, and just because she says it doesn’t make it true. I didn’t want to have a public feud,” he explained.
Hall stressed that divorce should not be treated as entertainment. “Divorce isn’t something for public consumption. I understand that we’re public figures, but I thought it was unnecessary. Don’t drag a divorce out there—it’s immature.”
He went on to criticize Haack’s social media posts during the process. “Let’s share some stuff, but behaving like a pissed off teenager on social media is just not something I’m going to do.”
Josh Hall and Christina Haack finalized their divorce recently, ending their marriage after months of speculation about their relationship. While Haack has not responded to Hall’s remarks, his candid statements mark the first time he has publicly addressed the split from his perspective.
