An onlooker told the outlet that Perry approached a small whale-watching boat before the passionate moment. “She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realise who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm, and I immediately realised it was Justin Trudeau,” the witness shared.
The rumored couple first made headlines in July when they were seen dining together in Montreal, Canada. Their meeting came shortly after Perry announced her split from actor Orlando Bloom. The pair, who share a 5-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, said they were focusing on co-parenting.
