Pakistani celebrity Mahira Khan recently shared insights about her personal life and relationships during an appearance on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast. She discussed various topics, including her life after marriage, her connection with her former husband, and her upcoming movie Love Guru.
Speaking about her current husband, Fawad Khan, Mahira described their relationship as a strong friendship. She praised him for being genuine, saying, “One thing I truly admire about Fawad is that he is exactly the same person with me as he is in real life.”

Mahira also addressed a previous controversy involving writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar, admitting that she shared some blame. She explained, “I should have contacted him privately instead of posting on social media. I was very upset at the time, which led me to tweet, and that escalated the situation.”
Reflecting on her decision to remarry, the Sadqay Tumharay actress revealed her initial fears. “I was scared about marrying again because I worried I might have to quit acting, and I was concerned about how my son Azlan would react.”
She expressed that it was important for her to find a partner who would form a sincere bond with her son. “Thankfully, that wish came true, and it was Azlan who encouraged me to marry again.”
Mahira also shared that she maintains a good relationship with her ex-husband Ali and his wife. She expressed gratitude for her previous marriage, saying, “That marriage was a blessing because it gave me the greatest gift of my life — my son Azlan.”
