TikTok personality Nadeem Naniwala has made serious allegations against internet figure Dr. Affan Qaiser. He accused Qaiser of being involved in legal Cases filed against YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai.

According to Naniwala, the Cases were not filed independently. He claimed they were planned with specific intentions. Naniwala said Dr. Qaiser influenced NCCIA officer Sarfraz Chaudhry to register a case against Ducky Bhai.
