Dr. Ghani received the Science Award under the “Nature Inspiring Women in Science” program in the Science Outreach category. The award, presented by Nature in collaboration with Springer Nature and Estée Lauder Companies Inc., includes a $50,000 cash prize. It recognizes individuals and organizations that inspire and empower women in scientific fields.
As co-founder of WinSci Pakistan, Dr. Ghani has played a key role in mentoring and connecting young women across the country who aspire to build careers in STEM—science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
