The much-anticipated sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, has already amassed over $120 million in pre-release revenue, well before its theatrical launch.
The film, a follow-up to the hit Pushpa, generated $60 million from Indian theatrical rights alone, with an additional $15 million from international sales. Non-theatrical earnings also surged, with Netflix acquiring OTT rights for $33 million, and satellite and music rights bringing in a combined $18 million.

Originally slated for August 15, the release date has now shifted to December 5 to accommodate ongoing production work. The movie will premiere in six languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali.
In Pushpa 2, audiences can expect an intense showdown between Allu Arjun’s titular character and Fahadh Faasil’s SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, alongside Rashmika Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli.
