The actor stressed that the issue is two-sided. He said audiences still want to watch films. However, the industry is not producing enough quality content. He believes better films can restore audience interest.

Speaking about his work, Shahid Kapoor is preparing for his next theatrical release. He will be seen in O Romeo, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The film features a strong cast.
