Three women have publicly detailed their sexual assault lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for the first time. According to a report by Rolling Stone published on Tuesday, May 28, Joi Dickerson-Neal, Crystal McKinney, and an anonymous “Jane Doe” shared their experiences. Dickerson-Neal, who filed her lawsuit in November 2023, stated, “It isn’t about money.
It’s about making sure the world sees that this man who rose to the level of an ‘icon’ is actually sick and has left so many victims in [the wake of his] unpunished disgusting behaviour for years.” She alleged that Combs drugged, sexually assaulted, and abused her in 1991, and also claimed to be a victim of “revenge porn” distributed by him.

McKinney, who filed her lawsuit on May 21, recounted meeting Diddy at a 2003 Men’s Fashion Week event, where he later allegedly drugged her and forced her to perform oral sex. She expressed her hope that speaking out would help other survivors come forward. The third accuser, identified as a “Detroit-area Jane Doe,” accused Diddy of gang-raping her when she was 17. She emphasized the need for accountability not only for Combs but also for those who covered up his behavior.
Diddy’s attorney, Jonathan Davis, did not address the specific allegations but stated that they trust the proper authorities to investigate thoroughly. This report follows other allegations against Combs, including a lawsuit by Cassie Ventura accusing him of rape and abuse, and recent raids on his properties by Homeland Security related to a sex trafficking investigation. Consequently, companies like America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and Peloton have distanced themselves from Combs, halting sales of his products and removing his music from their platforms.
