Bollywood legend Zeenat Aman recently shared a frightening near-death experience with her fans, recounting how she narrowly avoided choking on her medication.
Taking to Instagram, Aman revealed the ordeal happened after a long day of shooting. While attempting to swallow her blood pressure tablet, it got stuck in her throat, making it hard to breathe. Despite drinking water repeatedly, the pill remained lodged, leaving her in panic.

Alone at home with only her pet for company, she repeatedly called her doctor, but when she couldn’t reach them, she contacted Zahan Khan for help. Once Zahan arrived, they managed to consult the doctor, who advised that the tablet would eventually dissolve. Following the advice, Aman sipped warm water, and the distress finally subsided.
Reflecting on the incident, she described it as a “lesson in patience and resilience,” reminding fans that not every problem has an immediate fix.
Her fans have since flooded her social media with heartfelt well-wishes and messages of support.
