Russia’s defense ministry has not commented on the strike in President Volodymyr Zelensky’s hometown. Zelensky has expressed condolences to the victims’ families and friends, stating, “Every day and every hour, Russian terror proves that Ukraine – together with its partners – must strengthen [the country’s] air defence.”
