ISLAMABAD: Security forces killed 17 more terrorists near the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan during an operation overnight between April 27 and 28, the ISPR said on Monday.

The military’s media wing said the militants, allegedly backed by “Indian masters,” were plotting attacks inside Pakistan. With this, the three-day anti-infiltration operation has resulted in 71 terrorists being eliminated.
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the forces’ professionalism, reaffirming the nation’s support for ongoing efforts to eradicate terrorism.
