A rape case has been registered against a male student of Barani University in Rawalpindi.
The female student approached Shamsabad Police Station to file a formal complaint against her classmate, Mohammad Faizan. She alleged that he had raped her multiple times in his car and flat.
According to the FIR, the accused also blackmailed the victim by taking objectionable videos and photos of her. He allegedly threatened to upload these materials on social media to intimidate her.
Police confirmed that Mohammad Faizan has been arrested. Authorities also recovered several items from his possession, including a laptop, mobile phone, and car, which were reportedly used in the crime.
