The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has announced a revised schedule for postponed Matriculation and Class IX Group-II examinations. The updated schedule applies to all students across the Faisalabad division.
According to an official notification issued on Thursday, the postponed papers will now take place on Monday, May 11, 2026. Earlier, these exams were scheduled for May 6, 2026. The papers will begin at 2:00 PM at the previously assigned examination centers.
The board administration confirmed that students appearing in the Matric Exam will not receive new roll number slips. Candidates can use their already issued slips to enter examination centers and sit for the papers. Officials advised students to keep their documents safe and bring them on the examination day.
Chairperson BISE Faisalabad and Commissioner Faisalabad Division, Musarrat Jabeen, directed all candidates to follow the revised examination schedule carefully. She also instructed students to arrive at their centers before the start of the papers. The board asked candidates to strictly follow all examination rules and instructions.
BISE Faisalabad stated that all arrangements for the postponed exams have been completed. Officials said the administration has taken steps to ensure a peaceful and transparent examination process. Security and management plans have also been finalized for the smooth conduct of the papers.
The board further requested parents and educational institutions to guide students regarding the updated dates. Officials believe clear communication will help students avoid confusion about the revised Matric Exam schedule.
