Eid ul Fitr 2026 Namaz Timings Announced in Lahore

id ul Fitr will be observed across Pakistan on Saturday, March 21, after the Shawwal moon was not sighted. The announcement was made by the Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee, confirming the end of Ramadan.

In Lahore, preparations for Eid ul Fitr are in full swing. Mosques across the city have finalized arrangements for Eid prayers. Thousands of worshippers are expected to attend congregations at different locations.

Authorities have released detailed prayer timings to manage large crowds. Many mosques will hold Eid ul Fitr prayers at 7:00 AM. These include Jamia Mosque Khadrak Sata Mal on Multan Road and Jamia Mosque Madina in Badami Bagh. Jamia Mosque Baitul Mukarram in Riwaz Garden and Darul Uloom Madania in Sabzazar will also host early prayers.

At 7:15 AM, congregations will take place at Jamia Mosque Ar-Rahman in Shahdara. Jamia Muhammadiya Qasmiya near Walton Road will also hold prayers at the same time.

Several major mosques have scheduled prayers at 7:30 AM. These include Jamia Ashrafia on Ferozepur Road and Jamia Mosque Madina in Purani Anarkali. Jamia Mosque Bab al-Jannat in Garden Town and Jamia Mosque Khazra in Samanabad are also part of this schedule. Other locations include Jamia Mosque Najm ul-Uloom and Madina Mosque Kainchi in Walton Cantt.

Jamia Mansoor-ul-Islamia Eidgah in the Cantonment area will hold prayers at 7:30 AM and again at 7:45 AM. This is to accommodate a larger number of worshippers.

One of the main gatherings will take place at the historic Badshahi Mosque. The Eid ul Fitr prayer there is scheduled for 8:45 AM. Large crowds are expected at this iconic site.

Another major congregation will be held at Bairoun Sheranwala Bagh in the Walled City at 8:45 AM. This location also attracts a significant number of people each year.

Lahore is preparing for a vibrant and spiritual morning. The city will come alive with unity and celebration as people gather for Eid ul Fitr prayers.

Officials have advised citizens to arrive early and follow safety guidelines. Proper arrangements have been made to ensure smooth movement and crowd management.
