The FPSC has announced 20 new contract-based job opportunities under its digitalization project. The vacancies are part of a Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP)-funded initiative. The project aims to modernize the commission’s internal operations and automate its examination system.
According to the official advertisement, the appointments will be made for one year on a contract basis. The contract may be extended for another year if the employee performs well. It may also continue until the completion of the project.
The FPSC said the project is focused on improving in-house processes through digital technology. It also aims to make the examination system more efficient and transparent.
Several positions have been announced for qualified candidates. These include Project Director, QA Manager, Cyber Security Officer, Database Specialist, Procurement Officer, Software Developer, System/Network Engineer, QA and Testing Engineer, and various Subject Specialist posts.
The Subject Specialist vacancies cover multiple academic fields. These include English, Education, Computer Science and Information Technology, Mathematics and General Ability, Management Science and Public Administration, and Medical and Allied Health.
All vacancies will be filled on open merit. The commission stated that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview process. Candidates should ensure they meet the required qualifications before applying.
Interested applicants must submit their applications online through the official FPSC website. Applications must be completed within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement. The commission advised candidates to submit their forms before the deadline to avoid any issues.
Applicants who are already serving in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel. They should follow the required departmental procedure before submitting their applications.
The commission also clarified that incomplete applications will not be considered. Candidates are advised to provide all required information and documents while applying online.
In addition, FPSC announced that no travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for any test or interview related to these vacancies.
